Returns Policy

If your order does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping & handling) within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unopened packing and in new condition. Opened, but defective products may only be exchanged. Shipping costs to return all items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


In-stock items are usually shipped in 7-14 days by U.S. Postal Service. We do not accept orders online from countries other than the United States or Canada. If you would like to place an International Order, you can download an order form and Mail/Fax/Phone your order to us. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know.

Canadian orders require us to fill out a Customs Declaration Form and may take a bit longer to be delivered.

Please Note: During the summer months, orders may take a few days longer due to the competitive tour.


We accept Mastercard and Visa. At the time of your order, we will place an authorization on your card. We will not charge your card until your order is shipped.
